Original Recipe Yield 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 organic Hass Avocados
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 ripe tomato, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/4 cup of fresh chopped cilantro
- sea salt and red pepper flakes to taste
Directions
- Peel avocados in a medium serving bowl. Add chopped onion, cilantro, tomato. Mash until creamy blend devolps but still chunky. Squeeze in lime juice, and mix in sea salt and red pepper to taste. Chill for half an hour to blend flavors.
